I rang the surgery this morning because I'm in complete agony and was told there's no bookable appointments until the first of may which is a month away and I told the receptionist that I'm in agony and she just said go to the walk in centre. This is disgusting. All the money they have spent on this surgary and still no better,in fact it's got worse than ever.

I have a lump on my finger that is growing. Ask to see a doctor but when I went for my appointment it was a nurse who had no clue what she was talking about and said it was a verucca and I said it's not and the trainee doctor that was present agreed with me. She asked me to send photos which I did,two weeks later and nothing so I tried to call and it seemed like the phone was being put down on me so had to walk around and talk face to face and was told my photos hadn't been passed on so tried a few time to see a doctor which I did get to see and she didn't have a clue what it is and said she'd refer me to get it scanned and 2 weeks later I've heard nothing. I think I need to take this further as I'm getting nowhere with them

Thank you to the Silverdale Team Both myself and my husband have needed to call and visit the surgery over the past few months. Each time we were treated with understanding and respect by ALL members of staff, we were also referred to specialist when needed. Best wishes to you all during this difficult time Marian Coupe
