Great service and care shown by mashrani practise. Always appointments. Go above and beyond.great aftercare shown after my granddaughter was poorly by receiving a phone call early the next morning checking up on her.

Appointments were made to fit in with our diaries. We were checked in promptly and were seen by the Nurse at our appointment time. Injections were carried out efficiently. All Staff were polite and displayed efficient and professional manner.

The practice admin team and GP’s have supported me with professional and warm care through several conditions requiring investigation and subsequent treatment. The additional activities they all took on during covid show how important they are and help with the community.

I became a patient of this surgery at the beginning of the year. I was dissatisfied with my previous surgery as it was very difficult to contact the surgery by telephone. I have found no problems contacting the Masharani practice at all. Moreover I was invited for medical screening, biochemical blood and urine investigations within a few days of joining. I have also received covid and 'flu vaccinations early in October. The practice pharmacist has also been particularly helpful whenever I have had contact with her. Thank you very much for such a professional service.

We are very lucky to have such a wonderful GP practice.The staff on reception and the back office are always polite and willing to help, which they never fail to do , even though they are sometimes overwhelmed with calls.I have been with the GP practice for nearly 20 years along with my wife. My children have benefited from wonderful care from their birth to their teenage years whenever it was necessary. The doctors and nurses work hard to provide the best care for the patient they can. Whilst my friends and relatives debate how long they have to wait for appointments at other GP practices , I can’t say we have ever had such an issue. Thank you to the Masharani GP practice for being there when we needed you , especially through the pandemic We will always be grateful to you. Thankyou.

Constant change in doctors so no continuity in care. Numerous issues with ordering medicines. You order and then they never find there way yo the chemist!
