The surgery only offers a daily appointment system which is poor as patients have to call at 8am everyday. This system is flawed because it is a first come first serve basis which is not supportive for vulnerable patients like myself. I also had a rude receptionist speak to me several times which did not help the situation. I would not recommend this surgery at all.
