I lost track of my time for the appointment could not be there in time. My appointment was not cancelled instead the receptionist called Meeta made it possible for me to be seen . That was brilliant for me, well done Meeta.

Since registering with the surgery the service provided has been very excellent. Repeat prescriptions have been promptly issued, calls to the surgery efficiently handled and return calls by the surgery made as promised.

I am fairly new to this practice but can’t fault them . The reception staff are well trained and very helpful, always smiling. The nurses provide an excellent service. I’ve only had phone consultations with the doctors but they have listened to my concerns and always dealt with them accordingly. Very happy with this surgery and would highly recommend.

I have been with this practice for over forty years and without reservation I can say that the Dr, Nurses and reception staff are highly competent, well trained, kind and helpful. Importantly there is a consistency of staff. Recently I have had a health scare and all the staff have responded very swiftly, assisting me with the most appropriate solutions, allaying my fears, and giving me confidence that I’m being well looked after. Friends tell me of experiences where they are basically ignored by their practices- you won’t get that here! I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Appointment went ok waiting was usual 20 minutes.radio was on too loud with exceptionally horrible music. Interfered with my cochlear hearing aid. Reception staff busy but smiling, surgery was busy as always. I had face to face with my own doctor which was great.

From the day when I joined this surgery until present, I have always experienced and pleasant and excellent experience. In my last visit I went to the doctor with a particular problem and he not only advised and treated that problem but at the same time addressed another problem I was having. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and are discreet in discussing any issues. The nurses within the practice are excellent and provide a great service.

Unfriendly reception staff and can never get an appointment. Doctor and nurse are lovely. I joined this surgery as it’s very close to home so I thought it would be convenient however this isn’t the case as you can never get an appointment. I called today for an appointment for my daughter to be checked as she has been unwell, as always I’m offered an appointment somewhere else in Leicester. When I had a call from the doctor I was told that this surgery no longer deals with respiratory problems anymore so I will have to go elsewhere. This surgery is basically a switchboard.

Dear patient, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Our practice staff have regular customer services training and we aim to ensure patients receive an appointment with the appropriate clinician for assessment of their needs. In Leicester city we have a number of hubs where patients can also be seen on the same day. Hence patients may be seen at alternative venues other than the practice. I will pass on your feedback to our practice staff and feel reassured that we routinely look at our access times and aim to offer patients quick access for assessment of their needs.

Always had excellent service from this surgery. The GP, nurse and reception staff. I can get apps very quickly (relatively) and it feels all staff here take a genuine concern with me as an individual and with individual, personal health issues when they arise. Highly recommended.
