on many occasions this practice messed up my prescription, one time the receptionist said my prescription had been thrown in the bin. When i complained I was told in no uncertain terms "if I don`t like it here then to find a another surgery", So thats exactly what I did.

This is the only practice I’ve heard of that still has open surgery in the morning. Staff are excellent and caring. Thank you for your work.

  4. Review titled Grat service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I support my mum to see her GP at this surgery. I make appointments, take her to appointments etc. To complicate things i live the other side of the county, The patient advisors are brilliant, helpful and kind. The nursing and medical team have always resolved mums concerns. Including me as her daughter in consultations. She is reviewed regularly. It helps mum feel safe and comfortable, which is priority. Your service helps me to support mum and feel upto date/in control. Even my process questions such as, why the 8am phone call gets cut off? Are kindly answered which helps me understand and reduce my stress. Many thanks to you all from both of us.

  5. Review titled Kind professional care

Rated 4 stars out of 5

The doctor I saw this morning was very kind. She apologised for the wait listened to my symptoms and explained something to me which was very helpful. She chatted pleasantly. She was very through with her examination. Then told me to come back in a week's time if the symptoms continued. She then gave me advice of things I can do at home. She was warm and understanding. I thanked her for her care when I left. It makes a huge difference when you feel valued by someone. Well done

I have always found the receptionists to be very helpful. Face to face visits have resumed and encouraged. There website ( not the nhs app) is very good.
