Arrived for appointment to be called in on time which is a bonus, dr brockhurst was understanding and easy to talk to.

Thank you to the doctor who listened with kindness and compassion. Going above and beyond the alloted appointment time (15 Nov, 5:15pm) to ensure all care and treatment options were discussed in full. I feel truly cared for and better able to manage my health. I am glad to say I am feeling much better. Thank you for being the best.

My experience of the Woodbrook medical practice is extremely positive. All of the staff including doctors, nurses and admin are very friendly, helpful and supportive. I have always felt as though they cared about me as a person and not just a patient and I am very grateful to them for that.

Thank you for seeing my daughter straight away after she fainted at school for no apparent reason. Examination, bloods amd ecg carried out within half an hour of us walking into the practice. Thank you for our quick response for seeing my daughter

I have visited the practice for a couple of reasons over the last year. Each time I have managed to get a face to face appointment, on the day. The doctors have been thorough and patient and I have never felt rushed or sped through the appointment time. They have listened and I have been heard. In my own work I hear the challenges patients often face trying to access their GP’s but this is not the case at Woodbrook. The doctors, nurses and support staff should be very proud of the service they are delivering as they are doing a fantastic job in very difficult times. Thank you

Excellent in-house GP services including physio, minor surgery, family planning, prescribers and mental health practitioners. Thank you to the doctor and the nurse for their care and gentle treatment. Being looked after in practice for minor surgey means I did not have to travel to hospital and there was only a short wait for this expertise. The doctor explained everything first and included me in the decisions to be made about my treatment. I felt relaxed and comfortable in my own GP practice and their follow-up care was excellent. I recommend this practice to my friends and family. From reception through to seeing the clinician, the practice as a whole is welcoming and caring, with local expertise on-site.

The care I received was extremely thorough and delivered quickly by caring doctors nurses and staff The only problem is getting the initial appointment.
