Would like to say a big thank you to this practice and everyone who works in it for their continued hard work. GPs are getting such a hard time however i can assure you that this one is trying its best. I called 8am spoke to a GP that morning, was seen face to face in the afternoon. Thank you

I have tried every day for 9 weeks to get an appointment, to be either told there are over 30 people in the queue, there are no slots available for today or go to a pharmacy they can help. I went to two different pharmacies and both of them told me to go back to doctors. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of service or support from this surgery, I desperately need to see a doctor as my condition has got worse due to not getting the help needed

I had a yearly review with the nurse Friday she was extremely good at her job as you should expect but does need too be said!! She listened understood and helped me and I felt even better mentally when I left. Wasn’t just a quick chat and out I really felt she cared so thank you Hollycroft

I have found the receptionist to be very helpful. I have had blood tests and the nurses are great. There has never been an issue with any of the Drs I have seen at both practices. They are wonderful and respectful.

Consistently poor service and diagnoses due to lack of face to face communication. Sent to A&E or told to see a pharmacist seem to be the favoured approach. Got a rash, you had better be good at describing the symptoms because they won't look at it, just ask you to send a picture and we all know a picture just doesn't represent the true nature of the problem. We've been receiving consistently poor service from this surgery and are having to get treatment elsewhere for our family.

I phoned today at 10:30am for a non urgent appointment for my child. I was expecting to be told that they were full for the day as it was quite late in the morning to call. Surprisingly they were still taking on the day appointments. I was given a call back appointment for the same day. A paramedic called me back within 10 minutes and offered me a face to face appointment half an hour later. During the appointment I saw the same paramedic that called me initially. She was very thorough and reassuring. I did not feel rushed and she really listed to my concerns. I am very impressed with the service I received today but also the surgery has always been very good for me and my family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring GP practice. Thank you for doing such a great job.

We joined Barwell Medical Centre 3 years ago when we moved into the area. In that time my wife and I have received fantastic support through minor and major illnesses. The triage system works extremely well and as an example, I contacted the surgery at 8am for a same day appointment - I waited on hold for about 5/6 mins whilst being told my place in the queue and the GP ran me back around 8.30 - fantastic. And whilst we have spoken to different GPs at the practice they have all been helpful and supportive - we could not ask for a better service - thank you.
