I recently visited Glenfield surgery and unfortunately had another unpleasant experience with the phlebotomist. Not only was she unprofessional, but her demeanor was rude and dismissive. This marks the third consecutive visit where I've encountered such behavior from that person. It's disheartening to have to endure such treatment, especially in a medical setting where professionalism and compassion should be paramount. The doctors are great and I feel that the reception staff have improved tremendously but the phlebotomist is unbelievable rude and no empathy at all. Next time I need to do blood tests I will check to see if it’s possible to do it somewhere else.

My dad 82 year old dad has been a patient at this surgery for many years. He has recently had 2 appointments with 2 different doctors and had to wait over 30 minutes over his appointment time. At no point were we told that the doctors were running late. Disgraceful service!

Unfortunately due to matters out of the Doctors control appointments can run offer or emergencies take president, meaning delays for patients. Having read through some of the reviews for the surgery, I’d like to say my experience has been the complete opposite! I almost always am able to get an urgent appointment when I need one and if not have been given alternative options. A few weeks ago I noticed a new lump which I started to become worried about, I was passing by the surgery so went in instead of calling (this was around 10:30am) and was advised by the lovely lady with the eyelashes that there were no appointments left until the following week but to call back at 2 to try and get an emergency appointment. She had already rang me back before 12 o’clock with a cancellation slot! The clinician I saw was absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have made me feel more at ease and welcomed, I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest. I was then referred and have already had my hospital appointment (11 days after the initial appointment!)…So a massive thanks to the surgery for the fast and friendly service.

I left a review to name the clinical pharmacist by name but it wouldn't let me so a bit of a bother if you want to thank someone personally! He was very empathetic, understood all my issues & took time to make me feel my health was a concern to him aswell as me Recommended full blood tests to ensure meds ding their job & explained side effects etc to put my mind at rest Very knowledgeable & instilled confidence in me Well done ✔

Doc tejani was so professional and helpful when I came to see him as I had been fobbed off by previous doctor. He made a referral to a specialist and took me seriously. Doctor trayner and chota also good

Apart from a long wait after my appointment time a good experience. The Doctor was good listener. Good reference was made to my previous records- which was helpful. At no time did I feel rushed and of my concerns were addressed. Finally very valuable advice was provided in dealing with . Dementia !

When I attended for my appointment last week I was pleased that the doctor listened carefully, asked appropriate questions so I felt that she quickly understood what was bothering me.She examined me with several tests and arranged for further tests to be made in the next few days. Of course I left with the same symptoms but I felt complete confidence in the doctor and in the procedures she has initiated which will help resolve my health issues. For all these reasons I felt that I had received very good service.

GP didn’t introduce himself and was dressed shabbily, trainers covered in mud. Was not listened too and feel their lack of knowledge was a factor

Went for an ultrasound. Took me a while to locate the working entrance - noticed a sign saying 'use back endurance' after a minute or two - but the staff were professional during our interactions.
