On calling for an appointment, the call went through fast to a very helpful and efficient receptionist. I did not have to wait long for the appointment with the nurse who was also very helpful and pleasant. Results for tests came back rapidly and communication was excellent. The in-house pharmacist has also been extremely helpful with recommendations. The level of professionalism and helpfulness of all staff at this practise is second to none. I and my family have been registered with this practise for many years and have had excellent help from them throughout. Thank you to them all.

I had a telephone appointment and a prescription straight away. The doctor also sent me full details of my condition. I can’t recommend this surgery highly enough. All staff are extremely helpful at all times.

I have only ever spoken with one kind actually helpful receptionist at this practice. Today I had to speak with an extremely rude and blunt receptionist who was unhelpful and was very belittling. The doctors and nurses at this surgery are lovely but are let down by the front line staff putting unwell patients off coming here and sending them away.

The service I received was amazing as usual. My problem was sorted immediately and with such kindness. This surgery is outstanding in every way and I can’t thank them enough.

I moved to this practice earlier this year and find it to be everything my previous practice was not. Reception staff are pleasant and helpful, easier to make appointments, clinicians are positive, listen and actually address issues, and make the appropriate referrals as needed. The process for the recent flu jab and covid booster was simple, quick and efficient, compared to my previous surgery where I had to abandon the session because it was utter chaos and uncontrolled. Very glad I moved here, I would recommend it to others.

Tried ringing to make an urgent appointment to see Dr. Was rudely spoken to by receptionist and she went on to put the phone down on me. If she got out the wrong side of the bed then she shouldn't be going to work and taking her personal problems out on innocent members of the public, disgusting behaviour!!!

I moved to this surgery at the beginning of the year after ongoing frustration with poor service at my previous practice. I have to say that I find a complete contrast here, where this practice is caring and supportive, actually listens and is responsive and proactive. Reception staff are warm and friendly, and take the time to listen. I'm very glad I made the move.

Following an initial call to ask for advice I was called by a doctor who made an appointment with me over the phone. This was not a far off date but within 2 days of my call and fitted in well with my work commitments and personal life. At the appointment the doctor was personable, professional and thorough. I left leaving I had my concerns address, a realistic course of treatment and feeling much less anxious than before. Covid has changed the way the practice operates but in my experience it is still working with the patients best interest at heart
