  1. Review titled Worse ever practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

My mother, an elderly Pakistani woman unfamiliar with technology, had a doctor's appointment. The receptionist instructed her to log in using a monitor at the surgery, as they couldn't do it for her. After managing to log in, she waited for 30 minutes, only to be told that the doctor wasn't aware of her presence. With the doctor fully booked, her only option was to go to A&E and endure a six-hour wait for a check-up.

  2. Review titled Awful

Rated 1 star out of 5

Phone lines, just a joke. I was unable to get through and when I did, had a manager explain to me how walk in centers work, only to go to one to find it is no longer a walk in center. Reception, staffed by arrogant condescending women overflowing with their own importance. Doctors, some very good, some, well lets say they misdiagnosed my partner, who a week later spent five weeks in hospital because of it. Avoid at all costs.

Started ringing at 8am and got through on the 84th attempt, then in waiting que for 50mins to be told I can see a pharmacist and not a Doctor and receptionist wants to know the issue, told her personal and not telling her so make up a reason I don't care and just give me a appt, finally managed to get one, why is so difficult omg, none of receptionist business why I want to see a doctor or not, they are receptionist and need to stick to there job and not try to be doctors.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had been suffering with intermittant coughing. I phoned the surgery at 8 am, I selected I think option 1. I recorded voice thanked me for waiting. I waited 16 minutes then a human voice asked me what my problem was. I was offered a face to face consultation at 8.45. I saw the doctor.
