Their appointment booking system is a disgrace. You have to call at 8am, be prepared to wait on hold for 30-40 minutes, to then be told that all the day's appointments are gone and try again tomorrow. On-the-day appointments cannot be booked via the NHS app, and there are almost never available routine appointments to book. On top of this, they cancelled the latest telephone consultation appointment that I did manage to book. As a result, for almost a month now I've been sitting on test results that indicate I need to start new medication, and have no access to a GP to prescribe it. Useless.

Receptionist very helpful and went above and beyond to help with some urgent requirements for two elderly patients. Showed a lot of empathy understanding and efficiency to sort the problems faced by the husband and wife. Before I left she had booked a GP phone call a pharmacy call and a blood test for both patients to attend together, scanned and sent a letter to on call GP. Well done and thankyou.

I highly recommend this doctor I'm ex drug user and suffer mental health issues. This doctor did more for me in a few month then what the actual mental health professionals did over in 20 years. Very caring and all the staff will bend over backwards for you. The social prescriber from that surgery got me a new house so I could move out of a bedsit I'd been in for 15 years but sadly I had to moves doctors too. They Will be sadly missed. I can't thank them enough they have totally returned my life back to some normality.

Had a prescription change from consultant, style surgery received the letter but haven’t updated my repeat prescription. Have called twice and nothing done. Now have to have an appointment with pharmacist. They are totally wasting my time making me jump through hoops to prescribe something consultant says I need. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

I’ve been with this Practice for decades. I am lucky. I believe that this is a well organised Doctors Surgery. I have always been able to book a same day appointment when needed. I’m over 70 and find the website easy to use and useful. I have also pre booked less urgent appts online which is also very helpful. The doctors are thorough and happy to share advice. I believe the 15 min appts make discussion with doctors less pressured and effective. The receptionists are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have found follow ups from initial face to face appts reliable and the message service good. I can unreservedly say that I believe this Practice is excellent! Thank you to all at Pinfoldgate.

I needed to change surgery due to a house move, choosing this one due to previous experiences of other family members. I have needed to use the medical practice on several occasions recently. The staff are polite and very knowledgeable, and I have generally been able to get appointments quickly.

We are new to the Practice and have been so appreciative of the care we have received - from doctors, nurses and the ladies who answer the phone lines and handle queries. A huge relief to us to find a listening ear on the other end of the phone and to receive good, appropriate recommendations and advice! We are really very thankful to be accepted as new patients and to feel that we are in safe hands.

Always treated with respect, always thorough…. Irrespective of who i get to see. Doctors are always willing to follow up. Reception is bright and clean. Live the prevention banner display physical Active Practice

I attended Pinfold Surgery last week due to an ongoing problem. Every time I visit the practice I am met with professional kindness and compassion. The doctors and nurses and also the admin staff are always patient and you never feel like you are an inconvenience. This makes such a difference when you are feeling unwell. Well done Pinfold Medical Centre you are a fine example of good practice!

The GP I saw was very understanding and supportive. She was interested in what I was speaking to her about and gave clear answers to any questions. I felt listened to and came away from my appointment feeling supported and confident that my health issues where in good hands.
