   My Son and daughter have contacted the surgery for advice and treatment over the past 12 months. The reception team were friendly and very helpful and the doctors’ responses and treatments have been timely and effective.

   I recently had my daughter in for an appointment, I was shocked to find how unhelpful the doctor was. My daughter has suffered with a condition for many years and after speaking with the hospital they advised us to get to the gp for the referral to made. The doctor said they don't do referrals amd that she will have to find a way to deal with it , but after advising the doctor that I've had a referral for the same condition and that the hospital said they do, she then changed her mind, absolutely mind blown that she was happy to fob us off until she knew I obviously had good knowledge on the condition and treatment that can be provided

   I was on the phone for over 25 minutes waiting on the phone. I cannot believe it takes the receptionists this long to answer the phone. I was "number two in the queue for 18 minutes. Then for 7+ minutes it was just ringing and ringing. Absolutely ridiculous.
