It took 12 minutes to speak to a member of staff but it was worthwhile. I was allocated a time and day to see a doctor in three days time, great, thank you

I was seen very quickly by the doctor who took time with me and listened to my concerns and dealt with my problem very satisfactory

Saw Doctor. Very professional and a thorough examination of my problem. Swift follow-up appointment at hospital and overcame challenges with dates. Only down side was length of time to get an appointment with the doctor but, once there, a very professional service.

Finally got to see a doctor after sending in several photographs of my condition. And finally feel as though I have got a real chance at getting better. The doctor I saw made me feel as though what I was saying mattered.

The Practice is great, but to wait for an appointment is far to long? The phone system is better, and the call back is a lot better, we just need more GPs

I had 2 appointments on the 24th, firstly with a Doctor, who was doing my annual meds review, explained everything very clearly, amending meds if necessary, then secondly with a nurse for my bloods and diabetic review, again thorough and clear. I find that they achieve their best with the staff and equipment available. Excellent service.

Was seen by nurses for bloods and GP for other symptoms, all was explained of my condition in a professional manner, all staff polite, and surgery kept very clean. All in all very satisfactory 😊

Practice sent an appointment reminder text with a Web link should I need to cancel, which I did. Despite using the link and getting to the cancellation confirmation page, the next day I received a text claiming I had failed to attend and wasted the appointment.
