    Ok it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment on a specific day, however I usually do it online and have always received a call back pretty quickly. I have had reason to deal with the practice quite a lot this year and I have had nothing but excellent treatment. In fact on some occasions I have been amazed how quickly my problem has been dealt with. I always treat the staff with respect and find that this is reciprocated. After hearing some of my friends discuss their practices I feel grateful that I am registered with Riverside Medical Centre.

    I have only been with this Practice since July last year (2022) but have always found the receptionists very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

    I have been with this surgery for over 20 years and always had a good experience in the past. Since covid this surgery has gone downhill fast, cannot get through to surgery when you need to make an appointment, cannot book appointments in advance only on a daily basis even if an urgent appointment is not needed. Cannot book online despite other surgery’s are offering this service. I have not seen my doctor for over 3 years and when I do manage an appointment it’s with a nurse. I have to say it’s about time this surgery got back to normal pre covid, I am seriously looking at changing which is a shame because it was a great surgery.

    Ring up at 8am wait on hold for 45 minutes to be told they are fully booked It's impossible to get an appointment here

    Over the last two years I've had reason to call upon Riverside more frequently than in the past. Despite them being extremely busy, and in the face of the pandemic, they have really been there for me and they have onsistently delivered. I have found their staff to be polite, professional, attentive and competent. I could not have asked for more. Thank you Riverside. I am genuinely grateful and please don't ever feel taken for granted - what you are doing down there is superb.

    My husband had a stroke twice this year and unable to walk,I asked for his booster and flu vaccine to be done at home and that was in August..now he's still waiting..it's not even a 5 minute job and they can't do it..their reason is you just have to wait you're on a waiting list and it's been 3 months ..i thought vulnerable people should have priorities,but not with this surgery

    This practice will do everything possible to avoid giving you an appointment. Pre covid they were the best! Now the worst. Needed a tetanus - go to the urgent treatment centre. Insisted that it was not urgent. Nurse will call you back. No call back. Highly k experienced reception staff with more experienced Sat out of view shouting g instructions. Shambolic as this was after attempting twice on the phones at the allotted times but being cut off once caller number one. Arrived in GP surgery to only one receptionist taking calls, surgery empty!! It like they are avoiding treating people. Avoid them!

    Sat for 1 hour looking how to do appointment for my wife and not me . The site is to complicated for someone who doesn't do this type of thing will not bother again. In my opinion they should be easy. Waiting 20 minutes on a phone is better than a hour or more on a poor site

    I find this practice very helpful and caring whenever I need a consultation, be it on an urgent or routine basis. They always work with you too to help solve your problems. All the staff are very patient-centred and always want to help.
