    I contacted the practice this morning at 08:03 and was first in the queue of calls. My call was dealt with swiftly and effectively by a member of the admin team and by 08:12 I had received a call back from a lovely clinician who arranged everything I needed and more. Fantastic service as always - well done team.

    Thank you for such positive feedback it is very much appreciated and will be shared with the practice team. We are often very busy from 8am when the lines open and I just wanted to advise that you can contact the practice via the practice website using PATCHs if you are unable to wait on the phone and we eagerly anticipate our new telephone system to enable use to call back again if patients are unable to wait.

    Had a number of concerns regarding this practice. Reception staff unhelpful, not just the once, I have let the issues not bother me, but this is happening too often. I attended an appointment which was booked and text sent to confirm arrived at the surgery and told the appointment was not booked. The receptionist was very unhelpful. Made me feel like i was stupid even though I had proof of the appointment. Had a rescheduled appointment, when attended for the injection, the nurse has not used a plaster and got home from work and my white shirt was covered in blood. My latest query is still ongoing, I am waiting for the practice manager to call me regarding my daughters routine appointment, and no medication is available which i understand is not entirely the doctors/ surgeries fault but as the Doctor herself advised nobody wants to take responsibility. This has been on going for 3 three weeks even though my daughter is under the care of this surgery. They don't want to know and keep passing the book and not taking responsibility. I cannot fault dispensary staff who are going out of there way to try and resolve the issue.

    I spoke to a male doctor about my daughter having tonsillitis for the 3rd time in a matter of months. Causing her pain, fatigue etc. Now it's getting her down...doctor refused to see her to make sure she hasn't got anything else besides the tonsillitis. So many horror stories of GPs misdiagnosing patients and patients having to go to AandE. Yet we are told not to go to AandE because of the strain. Doctors need to open fully up to see patients and help themselves of this overload and see patients like they used to!! But the doctor I spoke to was extremely rude and arrogant. More or less asking me to diagnose my daughter. I will be complaining!

    I am sorry for your experience and we would certainly want to encourage anyone with health concerns to get in contact with the practice. I would like to reassure you that we are fully open to all patients and have never closed our doors. I can only ask you to get in contact personally so we are able to look into your daughter's consultation, and offer individual feedback.
