    I phoned the surgery and asked for a face to face appointment with a GP for my child, I believed she had a water infection. I waited ages for the receptionist to answer , when I finally got through , she sounded like I had interrupting her day. her manor was rude and arrogant. She advice me to do a online request via the website, which I did. received a call back with in 2 hours, which asked to to ring surgery to book appointment to see GP. so after 4 hours off messing about. i got my face to face - which I don't understand why I wasn't offered this in the first place! seems to be its poorly run practice and staff passing the buck!

    Baby with very high temperature. Phone just ringing out. Urgent treatment centre says no under 2s so what am I supposed to do now? This is why people are going to a and e for everything.

    This practice has been fantastic from the very start. The reception team have been wonderful and polite and answered all my questions. The wait time has been very quick and the doctors and nurses have made me feel at ease. While out in the waiting room the doctors and nurses greeted each time even if I didn't have appointment with them and they were only passing. I can only praise this practice. I would highly recommend this practice to people. Thank you for all you have done for me keep up the great work through this tough time.
