    Amazing bunch of people all around. All drs and receptionists .nurses and HCAs.will go above and beyond the call of duty. Never had a complaint

    I called the surgery after experiencing some palpitations whilst away on holiday. I had a call back from my GP within the hour and was then invited to attend the surgery the same morning to have my blood pressure etc checked and for blood samples to be taken. I requested a referral letter which was ready for collection the following day. After seeing a cardiologist I have been diagnosed with a valve defect which will require monitoring. The GP arranged to have the prescriptions I now require sent through to the pharmacy for me to collect the same day I saw the cardiologist. Everyone at the surgery from the initial contact with the Reception Staff and the Practice Manager through to the nurses and the doctors have been unfailingly supportive during what has been a stressful experience. The GP I have dealt with really understands patient care and takes as much time as is needed to explain things thoroughly. I've never felt rushed and she always ends a consultation by reiterating that I should call back if I need any further information or clarification. Conway Medical Practice faces many challenges but I feel that they offer a really excellent service to their patients. My husband and I have been patients at the surgery for many years and we can't praise the current staff and doctors highly enough.

    I was queuing for nearly 2 hours to book an appointment, starting from 8:39 to 10:20. It’s an absolute joke. They picked up and cut me off which annoyed me. So I called back and it went on for another 40 mins. And when I went in and asked if I could have an appointment, apparently all the appointments had gone by 10:30, I mean how can that be? Also both receptionists were rude in the way they spoke when I told one of them I was in a queue for over an hour and was cut off. This practice needs to seriously sort out its priorities. They told me to go to a walk in centre but I was sooo unwell that I had no choice. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone. As you don’t get an appointment neither do you get an appointment with a lady doctor if necessary. It’s such a simple service if calling. I think the receptionists are slow at what they do therefore the delay in responding to calls. It’s got worse over time but any feedback you give isn’t listened to. So you might aswell just switch doctors if you can, you’ll be better off.

    The receptionist with long hair was extremely helpful and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this surgery to family and friends. :)

    Ever since I moved here I have een trying to book appt no getting through I'm the 1st in queue for 1hr and 12min the next time they send me a text confirmation an appt for today I attended they said its a consultation so I said u send me a text to attend with the surge address they sent me back home only for the doctor yo call me back in and the receptionist they starting talking about me to each other and giving me the worst looks possible worst receptionists ever. I'm changing surgery ill happily travel an hour back to my old surgery no thanks I do not trust them they told me that my 3yr old is not a priority and I should wait the surgery is always empty so what do they in there 🙃
