We joined the practice in June 2022 and from day one the reception staff have always been helpful, whatever the query! They are all very capable, but have also been most willing to help. Thank you all for your support, you are very much appreciated.

I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and used the arrival screen to announce my arrival. At exactly the appointment time I was called into the HCA examination room by the friendly nurse who calmly and efficiently dealt with my medical requirements. At all times she treated me with respect and courtesy.

During the last 2 years I have accessed help and medication for 2 issues personally, and mental health support for one of my children. In each case I contacted my GP surgery (via the website electronically for myself and phone for the more urgent mental health issue) and received a call back the same day. I was then either helped by an ANP or a GP over the phone, and with a same day GP appointment and referral to CAMHS the next day in the case of my child. They could not have been more helpful at any time, and the electronic and telephone ways of dealing with me were so much more convenient to fit round work and avoid long waits in a crowded waiting room. I am prompted to praise them again after recent help with prescriptions twice at short notice when the pharmacy made an error. I can honestly say my care has never felt compromised and I really hope this new way of accessing my practice continues.
