10 days trying to get through to be told at 8 10am no appointments try again tomorrow or take yourself to a walk in clinic,if only !!!!

Once again I have had really good service from this practice. There was a delay on my prescription meaning I was due to run out. The prescription clerk was friendly, helpful and explained how she would try resolve the problem. She then arranged to have the prescription reviewed and it was ready for me to collect from the pharmacy on my way home from work. A problem quickly and kindly resolved.

I left a report of my blood pressure readings for 7 days as requested by the doctor who also told me to make an appointment at the same time but the receptionist said I could not make an appointment until 7 days had passed to give the doctor time to read the report, it consisted of 14 lines with blood pressure readings, if it takes the doctor 7 days to read this short list there is something seriously wrong with this practice

I have spent the past six working days going backwards and forwards between the doctors and the pharmacy. To get a simple repeat perscrption that I get every month. To be told it was at the pharmacy for it to never turn up. The stress that is caused is unbelievable when you think are going to run out of medication and be poorly. A doctors appointment was scheduled to sort it out, that was cancelled as I was told the Perscription was at the pharmacy which was not true.

We're do I start its about my prescription I put in surgery Tues its now Fri rang chemist up living care cause I get delivery to home address regarding iv a special needs daughter living with me and the bath lotion I get is double base ointment which I need iv no more left and it's weekend now and I'm on blood pressure tablets too so I'm not happy about this problem sorry

I rang up for my blood test results the reception said they had found something with my blood and did I no and I said no and the reception could not tell me so I asked if she could book me appointment to see a doctor to discuss what they have found and she said no to ring back in about weeks time and I will a chance of getting appointment then this as left me very worried what they have found in my blood tests they have not got any doctors must of the time at that surgery they want to start tell there patients the truth instead of having them ring up every day

Receptionists rude,unhelpful and sometimes downright dishonest when questioned about repeat prescriptions being sent to pharmacies tell you appointment is with doctor only to find out you have been booked in with nurses that cannot prescribe or issue fit notes for work really not good enough
