Very pleasant and caring receptionists who go above and beyond without being intrusive to help to help you. I have seen a physiotherapist in the Practice who in turn referred me to see a doctor whom l saw a week later. She not only listened to me but explained my health concerns in detail. It was not a rushed meeting and l can't thank her enough for putting my concerns to rest. Thank you.

I had to make an appointment to treat a wound on my arm which was two days old and I thought I could sort out myself. I couldn’t. I was seen very quickly and dealt with sympathetically and professionally with follow up appointments booked for me by the clinician, without my asking. Very pleased. Thank you.

They always make me feel like I'm making up the reason I'm there . For instance this time round I went about my 6month old who has had a bad chest, cough and blocked nose pretty much since birth. I have been multiple times about it and every time they say there's nothing wrong with her. The last time I went the doctor said to me "you need to think about if the reason you're coming is for her or is it just for you" making out that I'm just being a hypochondriac. They have never once offered any kind of solution and many times have just said it's because she got an older sister at nursery. I always leave feeling upset and angry and hate having to ring for an appointment at all.

Contracted the practice on Tuesday the 19/3 explained my needs and they asked me to visit the surgery the following morning, the doctor took some photos of the affected area, the photos were sent to a specialist and I an now waiting on an appointment at the hospital. Great service great people.

The nurse was great, my wound is practically healed thanks to the diabetic nurse. I would definitely recommend this practice.
