My experience with Church View Surgery was exceptional. The doctor understood my concerns and was very supportive. The reception staff were helpful, kind and courteous. I appreciate all they do to keep me safe and well.

Friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic and effective. Awesome. The standard to which all of the NHS should be enabled to achieve.

I want to comment on the wonderful warm welcome we’ve had to this surgery as a family. I am incredibly impressed with the helpful ‘can do’ attitude of all the staff, especially the reception team. I’ve been given appointments easily and quickly, I’ve been helped with my many queries - no job has been too much for anyone I’ve spoken to. How rare! I doubt this is a coincidence, I think it speaks of the culture in the practice - one I feel lucky to be part of. Wish I moved sooner! Thanks to all at the surgery, keep doing what you do!

prescription and therapies are not provided only referral letters. a doctor should take responsibility for given medication and action and not stay as remote and invisible as possible.

I use the doctors and the nurses and often have a conversation with the reception every time I get the same feeling that everyone cares I put that down to the senior partners for creating such a great culture we are lucky to have them

Our family’s experience of this practice has been very positive over the last two years, since we joined. The GP’s, nurses and staff are all very professional, helpful and accommodating.

The surgery is run very efficiently and the staff are friendly and very professional whatever the circumstances and give a feeling of genuine care. One of my neighbour once said that we were very lucky to have Collingham Church View surgery and I agree.

When daily we hear about difficulties in the NHS, I would like to thank Thorner Surgery for maintaining their very high standards. My recent experience could not have been better. The reception staff, nurses and GPs were all truly excellent.
