I went to see the mental health practitioner which is a trial service here and it was such a great experience. I wasn’t rushed, i felt truly heard and that progress with my condition would be made. I can’t thank this mental health practitioner enough! The reception staff also helped me a lot with explaining how to find proof of illness that my daughters’ schools demanded and this person was really caring when I was extremely upset. They even rang me later the same day when a cancellation came up so that I could be seen earlier. It’s not always easy queuing for an appointment but that’s not their fault and they’re always very understanding about frustrations around this. They advise well what can be done to help. They listen well and always offer solutions. When I have been to the last 5 appointments, they have been exactly on time and I have felt well cared for. It was also lovely to see one doctor training and encouraging some junior doctors who were doing a great job as a result! Thank you to everyone at this surgery for a great experience so far. I appreciate you all.

I had a good experience with my doctor, as she was very patient and understanding when I was explaining my problems, she made feel comfortable and at ease.

Been for my bloods doing, in and out in a few minutes, everyone was friendly and put me at ease as I hate needles

I hate hospitals/surgeries but I have to say Woodhouse hill surgery always makes me feel at ease. Hats off to the tall gentlemen who always greets me with a smile on his face and helps me with my medication requests.

My teenage daughter had a very bad skin condition on her face and our doctor gave her an allergy diary to complete along with some cream. Then I was sent for a Ct scan on my head due to my migraines and being on blood thinners. It was good for the doctor to try and get to the bottom of our problems instead of just prescribing medication 👍

I took my Daughter for an appointment and yhe Doctor was extremely professional. She was reassuring and made my daughter feel safe and that everything would be OK. I would recommend her to anyone. Excellent service.

My son is 7 month old and I have been taking him to the gp from when he was 2 weeks old. Today I went to the gp because he has an infection that is coming back and each time we just get antibiotics. I asked the doctor what's causing the infection and he told me " how would i know that". This doctor doesn't know what he is doing he can only guess so I highly recommend looking for another gp.
