  1. Review titled Frustrated

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I am so reluctant to write a bad review however I’m not sure how things will change if we don’t. Since Covid I have seen a real deterioration in GP practice. Rung for an appointment at 8am & given a telephone appointment for mid June. Patches more often than not unavailable so can’t make requests. GP’s lovely when you get to see them but is extremely difficult so end up ignoring health problems until they become more serious. Difficult job for all from receptionist to GP’s however from reading reviews of other surgeries (I’m looking at changing) some are still getting it right.

  3. Review titled Absolutely disgraceful service offered.

Rated 1 star out of 5

Cancelled face to face appointment. Had a telephone appointment booked for something else. Was told to discuss other problem on the phone appointment. Was told I needed to have a face to face appointment to get referred for a scan. Nurse practitioner couldn't book me in for one. Rang back the surgery reception to book a face to face appointment. Was told abruptly that there were no appointments available whatsoever and I would have to ring back at 8am in the morning. I replied that I am unable to do due to work commitments. The receptionist couldn't have been anymore unhelpful. She said there's nothing I can do there are no appointments. After 35 years with this surgery the last 5 years have been absolutely shambolic. Something is vehemently wrong within this practice and it needs sorting.

An econsult about my symptoms was handled swiftly, the consultation I had was efficient and the doctor clearly kind and caring. Thank you - feel lucky to have a great service in such challenging times.

I find the staff extremely helpful. The Doctors are very good and give excellent care. The Nurses and Health Practitioners are helpful and professional. I would highly recommend. The patient app also helps in repeat prescriptions.

  7. Review titled Special Case

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Why do doctors consider themselves to be special cases. They hide away behind Corona Virus. Getting a face to face appointment is nigh impossible. Recently I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for a telephone appointment. Then to be told I needed a face to face appointment. This has been going on since 15th July. I have no gripe about the NHS but surgeries are becoming impossible.

  8. Review titled Reception rush you on the phones

The reception staff rush you and don't give you chance to speak fully which ends up resulting in errors that needn't happen.
