Had an appointment with an ANP who was amazing. After being referred for tests the receptionists kept me informed. All the nurses I saw were friendly and reassuring. Can't speak highly enough about this good and efficient service

  2. Review titled First class service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Logged onto the online booking service at 08:30am. Booked an appointment within a few minutes for 09:10am with an ANP. When I arrived at the surgery, no queues at reception, used the electronic sign in system and waited in the waiting room for <5mins before I was seen. The ANP I saw was professional and efficient, outlining the plans for my onward imaging referral and appropriate safety netting advice. Later that afternoon I received a call from the local hospital offering me and appointment the following day for the imaging I needed. For all the negative press about the NHS, the tires less dedication of its workers means I can say the experience I have been through is nothing short of first class and beyond my expectations. I had certainly considered the waiting times would be weeks/ months, not the very next day. I am extremely grateful for this fantastic service.

  3. Review titled Stopping Smoking

Rated 2 stars out of 5

In covid I successfully stopped smoking until Ziban ran out before the end of my treatment, I desperately want to stop again due to chest infections but smoking cessation is no longer at doctors! I was referred to new program who will not prescribe Ziban and told me to go to doctors, doctors said wont prescribe go back to wellness program, I did and they said no it has to come from your doctor. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing, all I want is to go back on my original treatment that was originally with the doctors which is like pulling teeth, passed from pillar to post! Apparently wellness program can refer to doctors for Ziban, they say they can't and the doctors won't prescribe either, so stuck in the middle. it shouldnt be so hard to get the support you need!
