on thursday i visted the mytholmroyd practice at 8am and explained my situation to the receptionist i was offered a telephone call i asked for face to face, by 1040 i was being seen by a great health care person who listened and was caring what a great team thankyou so much

You phone up (even at non busy times) and get the intro.. then mind numbingly morose music plays…”you are number one in the queue…” (click) “I’m afraid all the operators are busy at the moment but you will be transferred as soon as someone becomes available….. ” repeated ad infinitum or until it has made you so Ill or worsened the issue you rang about so badly that you give in…or it automatically hangs up on you after 60 mins….”I’m afraid all the operators are busy at the moment but you will be transferred as soon as someone becomes available….. ”(suicidally morose music: dum dum dum der dum…dum dum etc) “I’m afraid all the operators are busy at the moment but you will be transferred as soon as someone becomes available….. ” “I’m afraid all the operators are busy at the moment but you will be transferred as soon as someone becomes available….. ” don’t try it if you are really ill or in any way fragile or you might regret it… dum dum dum der dum..dum dum I’m afraid all the operators are busy at the moment but you will be transferred as soon as someone becomes available…..

Had a review of my 4 year old son with in a few hours of calling, fantastic service. Always see my children on the same day. Must be experiencing even higher demand currently due to scarlet fever concerns but still meeting it! Thank you
