I had a appointment today a review after 5-7 years of being on depression medication. Walked in and they said it was a phone appointment. Nobody told me before hand. Planned my day around this appt. Which lasted 3 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable communication. Poor service. Felt like the person I saw just wanted to get rid of me due to the surgery closing soon. Pathetic. It’s hard enough asking for help. Especially when the staff do this.
