The call-back system for an appointment was excellent ,I was contacted soon and able to make an appointment for later that day. On arrival the reception staff were cheerful and helpful ,I was directed to the pleasant waiting area and was soon seen by a doctor. My review was carried out thoroughly by the Doctor and all aspects explained in a clear and detailed way. The Doctor referred to my medical information gathered by the nursing team at my annual review. These visits are always carried out in a cheerful and professional manner by the nursing staff. The prescription information was sent by computer to the In-house Pharmacy and I was able to pick up my medication within a few minutes. The surgery building and pharmacy is a modern build and very fit for purpose.

Ashwell is a very good GP practice, the staff at reception are very kind, polite and helpful at all times. The GP’s are extremely good they genuinely care about patients and want to help and come to a solution for the medical problems. I went in with my mum who doesn’t speak english and the lady doctor was very kind and helpful explaining everything to me and allowing me to interpret this to my mother so she knew what is being said. The diagnosis was done by the doctor she also spoke about how to prevent the problem from getting worse and also gave a link to my mobile to go home and read more about it so we understand the diagnosis. The surgery is very clean, neat and tidy. There is car parking space available and a pharmacy within the health centre which is very beneficial. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends. It is easy to get an appointment so long as you call on the day at 8am your able to be seen by the doctor the same day.

I was offered appointment on the same day and seen by a very professional doctor Dr Hussain.very happy the way he listened and Treated the illness with good medication. We should consider ourselves very lucky to have doctors who treat us and look after us at aswell medical center.I am very happy with the service provided by the doctors today and everyday.please do not give any bad reviews,because our doctors and all NHS staff work very hard and provide the best services at all times.I feel very happy and blessed with the services we have at aswell medical center and all my extended family feels the same way.

I was offered an appointment very quickly and follow up appointment made without any problems. The surgery looks amazing, the nursing staff are very friendly, helpful and give excellent care. They go out of their way for patients. I have recommended this practice to family and friends who have also registered here. Very happy with the service.
