I called the GP for the appointment at 08:54 in the morning and they told me that I have to call exact 8:00 am .And they told they are closing it by noon which I haven’t received any early messages at all

Very bad experience many times in past along with this recent one. Staff alway try to refer to pharmacy, staff specifically manger very unhelpful. I tried to book travel injection for my family as I was travelling abroad, my wife ring them to book appointment about 8 weeks before the travel and staff told her, you do not need to book this early , when she ring 4 weeks before the travel they said you need to fill a form 6 to 8 weeks before the travel and they can not book now , they asked me to go to pharmacy for injection.I am extremely unhappy and would advice not to join this surgery.

The practice apologises for your experience.The practice policy says-the patients should come into the surgery and collect a travel form,fill in and return to practice at least 4 weeks before their journey. Many Thanks.
