    I have always been very happy with the care I receive the team at the practice and have let them know this. But my most recent experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I called into the surgery today to explain the problem that I had. The kind and understanding receptionist agreed that I needed a face to face appointment. But she was unable to arrange the appointment there and then as there is an embargo on bookings. I need to call back at 8 am in the morning, with presumably many others, to book the appointment I need. This was not only frustrating but an inefficient use of receptionist’s time; at least two interactions will be needed to get to the agreed outcome. I would be grateful for an explanation of booking policy at the practice.
