Called as my partner was confused about his meds and asked if they had a pharmacist at the surgery. The very rude receptionist replied no we don't he can go to a pharmacy and they will go through his meds. I told her he think the nurse has changed one of them and again asked if they had a pharmacist or a remote pharmacist he could speak to. She said yes we have remote ones but only works one day and could not guarantee a call back today or next week. She asked if she could speak to him but he was not there so she asked if he could call the surgery but I said he couldn't as he had mental health issues. With that she just said well he will just have to go to the pharmacy then. Absolutely disgusting service.

The staff member was so disrespectful and rude. This is the second time this has happened. My concern was important and now I have had to call the crisis line as a results. She was not helpful, took me asking a question about 5 times before she offered to help me, reluctantly. I also struggle to get appointments at this doctors
