Online form submitted, response received from the practice within 30 minutes. Same day Telephone consultation offered and accepted. I have nothing but praise and thanks for the efficient service and clinical advice and support I receive when I need it. Thanks to the Cranwell Team.

Iv tried making appointments several times over the last year - it’s impossible ! I was told to down load the ‘my GP ‘ app on my phone , which I did only to find that I still couldn’t make an appointment . Even when you go in to the surgery - you can’t make an appointment they tell you to phone on Monday morning - nobody answers the phone or you can’t get through ! The receptionists think they are qualified drs and ask you wht you need an appointment -mWhere is our confidentiality ? The receptionists tell the whole waiting room about your medical health , and results ! There is no continuity with drs , results of tests ect ect This the worst run dr surgery I have ever been registered It is a complete waste of tax payers money

Today my grandchild(13months old) needed to see a dr, we were told no appointments were available. And to take the child to hospital. The hospital was appalled that the child was not given an appointment . Children under 2years old should be given priority, not sent 20 miles , when poorly, to the nearest hospital, putting strain on busy A&E departments. The standards of practice at Cranwell Medical Centre are now low, that we almost have no GP service.

The doctors and nurses here are lovely. The problem is you need to get past the receptionists first. They are rude, abrasive and unhelpful. One of them even passed negative comments on a sample I was asked to hand in. People should feel welcomed and trust in their confidence but unfortunately it is the exact opposite. Myself and friends and family all dread having to contact this surgery because of this.

I have recently moved to the area from the East Midlands and this is the first time I used the practice and I just wanted to say I was in to see the Dr on time and walked away extremely happy even receiving my prescription in the practice which has never happened. Cannot stop telling everybody to move closer to me as it was a breath of fresh air visiting. Thank you
