Had a consultant review at a nearby hospital. The consultant prescribed additional medication and instructed the surgery to prescribed. The surgery stated they never had a letter. Contacted the consultant secretary 3 times who sent out the letter on these 3 separate occasion. Still not entered onto my records. Service is shocking. I have requested to speak to the manager . I won't hold my breath for that call. The practice only does enough to get by and I wouldn't entertain them if there was an alternative.

This place has gone downhill in the past 2/3 years ,Change the rules every time you go !Can't see a doctor for love nor money one minute you can't Pre-book an appointment,then ,when it suits them, you can?? I think the doctors take it in turn to sit on heir bums at home just picking up the phone instead of seeing actual patients have to remain anonymous otherwise struck off??Phone system for appointments is a joke,miss a call and they do not get back to you!! I would never recommend this place!!As for their policy of quality insread of quantity the biggest Joke of all!!!

I have had cause to visit the surgery regarding making appointments with a doctor blood tests hospital appointments etc the young ladies on reception have been absolutely stunning knowledgeable professional exceptionally helpful couldn't have asked for more thank you very much

Can rarely get an appointment easily, was on hold today for 40 minutes having first redialled 100 times to try to get through. Not good enough in this day and age.
