    Visited the surgery recently, since the takeover the reception area seems to have been stripped of all information, resources, advice etc. Nothing on tv screen which could be used to share lots of useful information. Very unwelcoming and bland. Staff remain polite and professional but none seem very happy in their work.

    I have had reason to use this practice twice in the last month, Once for myself and once for my daughter. The level of service and care has been most disappointing. I have been with this centre for over 20 years and under the previous management have received exceptional treatment and level of care. Since being taken over last year the standards have dropped dramatically. I found the consultants condescending, rude and unhelpful. The doctor basically accused me of wasting his time and in my case there has been no follow up despite giving them a sample. I find this discourteous and unacceptable. What a shame this practice is being run so badly so quickly after change of ownership. Very poor.

    I have just been using the app and it’s really helpful for me. I am over 85 and I thought that I would have had problems with the website but everything seems to have gone well.
