Where do I start honestly Every time I’ve tried calling this place it either doesn’t go through or eventually it goes through after trying about 60 times (no joke) get told to call at 8am, but by the time it’s actually worked it’s 8:45am and there isn’t anymore slots. Then when you get an appointment you end up with a doctor thats got no drive or motivation to actually sort your issues and you just get fobbed off to the poorly stocked pharmacy next door. Due to the reasons above and the constant struggle, I’ve moved doctors, and I advice everyone too

Tried to book an appointment online and was told that I can not book any more "future appointments" so I cancelled an appointment for a blood test to make room and it still wouldn't let me book. I called the practice and was told by the telephonist that she didn't know anything about any restrictions on booking online. I asked her to reinstate the cancelled appointment (which she could see on her system as she gave me details about it) and she couldn't do it, only the practice manager can do it apparently (and only by email) and to get an appointment I need to call the practice at 8am the next day! When you try to call the practice at 8am to get an appointment, even if you call at 8am precisely, you are in an enormous queue and by the time your call is answered, all the appointments for that day are gone. I would call this surgery a joke but jokes are funny and serve a useful purpose, this surgery does neither! Go somewhere else!

I'm 72 and upon moving to Scunthorpe, this surgery sent me for an angiogram. Immediately I was diagnosed with needing a triple heart bypass. The surgery picked up on something it took over 3 yrs for the previous surgery to find. The care I've received is absolutely wonderful.
