Rang the surgery for medication for my elderly father as he was poorly, the nurse rang back within 20 minutes and sent a prescription through to the pharmacy excellent service Thankyou

Was referred back to go after being told by the hospital that I needed a referral for a X-ray for my foot pain to be told by the gp that I didn’t need a a X-ray don’t know how he came to this decision he didn’t even examine my feet was fobbed off with pain killers which I explained I was already taking and are not working and was also having falls he just got up and walked out of the room , was a complete waste of time pain is now worse than before.

My experience was excellent … I was contacted very quickly by a friendly caring nurse who explained everything in detail and gave me additional information on out of hours contacts … this was very helpful … I was able to collect a prescription on the same day but was assured that if my condition did not improve I should contact the surgery immediately … there is a great deal of pressure in this sector and a lot of negativity so I though it would be appropriate to put my own positive experience on here … thank you to you all for all you do.

On 2 occasions I have contacted the surgery online with Engage Consult. On both occasions I received a phone call within an hour. On the first occasion I was offered an appointment the same morning. On the second, I had a comprehensive discussion with a very helpful nurse and was prescribed antibiotics. This is first class service and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
