We have always had a great experience of dealings with this practice. They have very successfully monitored blood tests to our completer satisfaction.

I walked into the practice having attended an appointment 5 days previously with a Doctor My ailment is worsening even with medication so I called in to ask if a Doctor could possibly ring me back and suggest any other treatment. I was told this was not possible and receptionist informed me I had to ring at 8am the next day to request a phone call from a Doctor or make another appointment. Why can’t this be done when I called in. Shocking service with no regard to patients needs. Plus not all people are available to phone at 8am and sit making many calls to get to speak with reception. Other people have to work too.
