   This is the 2nd time this has happened to me as you know that you can't get a appointment with a doctor face to face you have to phone the doctor that you have registered with like I am with st james clinic e17 I phoned on the 25/05/22 to speak to a doctor they send you a link and then you answer all these questions online I done that on the 25 of may till now no doctor has phoned me and it's the 31/05/22 it's a joke this st james clinic the service is very poor now what am I supposed to do now phone them again and go through the whole process again everything is opened except for the doctors to se e you face to face this needs to be sorted! Fully open up the doctor's surgerys
