I desperately needed toilet on the day 08th February 2024 at around 8:20am when I was around the practice and that was the only available place to go and ask for toilet. I went in with my little daughter and asked her to take a sit and I head to the reception and asked where the toilet are and the lady (which she has denied to give her name ) she told me that I cant use the toilet unless im not a patient. I said as a human I need to go to toilet and do you have heart I said and she even been more rude and said have a lovely day. I did come back later myself and tried to get the names but they denied and manager came in she was more rude and aggressive than the receptionist and I asked her to give me any written rule which she couldn't provide me a formal document at all and all their excuses is GP practices are private places and they do anything as they wish .. I told them tax payer founded private place yes!! That was my experience with that practice and we applied to citizen advice as a tax payer and even human.
