    Very efficient doctor - knowledgeable assessment - very professional- a valuable doctor to NHS. 10 stars review. Ah , but …. Reception telephone service is in a world of its own ! Definitely need retraining in efficiency .

    Who are these people? I'm supposed to book an appointment through them for ENT. There is only one means of contact: a phone number, and despite having tried numerous times over two days to call, after a few rings it switches into a message saying that the mailbox is full and no message may be left. I need this appointment. This is completely unacceptable.
