   We want to thank the crew of na245 who attended at our home on 24 June at about 7.00 am. They were professional, thorough, cheerful, courteous and reassuring and deserve a medal. Please make sure you pass our thanks on to them. National Health Service at its best despite the current challenges you are facing through no fault of your own. Ps: they had real difficulty contacting the Aau at the John R hospital but they persisted womanfully and finally got through in the end. There must be a way of ensuring that the hospital answers paramedic calls reasonably quickly.
