Went to the hospital last night after drinking too much and talking about suicide. The staff were very professional and made sure I was okay, despite being drunk and not cooperating at times. I apologise for my behaviour and I thank you for what a wonderful job you all did. Now that I am sober, I shall be stopping drinking and make sure I never get into a situation like that again.

It was very busy so there was a long wait in the crowded waiting room but all the staff (both medical and reception) were extremely kind, patient and efficient. I had many tests and the doctors and nurses ecplained fully and were reassuring and also arranged a referral two days later. I am grateful to have this service nearby but it appears to be under staffed and under resourced as there were nowhere near enough beds for the number of patients.

After a long nhs111 consultation we went to West Middlesex Hospital Urgent Care Centre. It was very busy and we were warned there would be a long wait, due to staff shortages. The waiting area is too small for the number of patients but the staff, from reception through triage nurses to medical staff, were unfailingly polite, helpful and supportive. We were seen after 4 hours and many tests continued, for a further 4 hours. But everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and supportive.

Every time I visit this place, the NHS staff working there make me cringe with disgust ... they believe they are godsent gift, they speak to you in such a patronising manner ... they show no empathy no smile when they greet you ... the way they speak to you is like why are you even here, is this really an emergency ... someone needs to teach the reception staff and the nurses to drop that stinky attitude and do the job they are paid for and not take advantage of people's vulnerability. Absolutely disgusting!
