I managed to cut myself quite badly and knew I need stiches. I thought I was going to be at the Urgent treatment centre for long time. I was in fact seen quite quickly and was on my way in a couple of hours. The nurse who stitched me up was kind, considerate and very professional. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Hillingdon Urgent Treatment Centre.

Attended UTC with my son whose ankle was injured during a football match the day before. We expected to be there for hours but were assessed within 20 minutes of arriving, then seen by a nurse practitioner less than an hour after that. X-rays taken, reviewed and support boot plus crutch issued. All done within 2 hours. At least 5 other children also being treated as well as a number of adult patients. Staff were all friendly and polite and the medical facilities were clean and in good repair. A good experience overall.
