I have just completed a course of physio from Whitstable Medical Practice. This was following a serious motorcycle accident. I was referred directly to the physiotherapist via reception. I saw him for my first appointment promptly. The course of my treatment was well planned, and always communicated clearly and with good results. He is a first-class physio. I believe we are so fortunate to belong to Whitstable Medical Practice. It justly warrants the CQC rating of outstanding and my physio exemplifies the practice's commitment to well-organised and quality services. Thank you.

I have always found the staff so helpful and respectful. The doctors, clinical staff, reception staff, including the greeters who direct where to go. I saw a GP and had an xray all on the same day I telephoned.

Wow! This practice is absolutely incredible and in the short time I have lived here (3 months), I have had more care and attention than the last 10 living in Essex (Maldon). I cannot believe the difference in the two county's or how Essex can be getting away with the total lack of care in comparison. You instantly call and speak to someone straight away when calling not the 100 calls and then told you have weeks wait, you can see a dr the same day at the 8-8pm clinic, online consultation is available where I had an infected finger I was able to load a photo and had notification the next morning my antibiotics were at my local chemist - just simply outstanding! Outstanding work and team - Thank You!!

I have lived in Whitstable for almost ten years and have experienced outstanding care from the team at Whitstable Medical Practice. Medical and non-medical staff have been a pleasure to deal with, and my various conditions and medical issues have been managed superbly. I am deeply grateful to the team, and count myself extremely lucky to be registered with the practice.

I came to you yesterday morning about 8.30 am and only had to wait half an hour, easy self check in and then to see the nicest lady Doctor - I wished I had got her name) but she was young with long hair - she was so kind,patient, listened to my tale of my swollen knee. She was so re assuring and helpful and prescribed me some anti inflammatory pills that I am taking. I can’t thank her enough, thank you so very much - she was obviously busy but I felt so much better after seeing her. I am doing what she suggested and hope they will be better soon my knees! So lucky to have you in Whitstable - thank you

I went to the Whitstable Medical Practice today for a blood test. I was late as I went to the wrong site my fault. They were really helpful did not complain about me turning up late and spent time to let me know when to expect the results and where to contact. A five star Practice.

Have had to visit this practice on 3 occasions now over the last couple of years. Always outstanding care given by nurses and colleagues at this practice with minimal waiting times. Nurses show genuine empathy and care everytime I've been there and I cannot fault any care given. Thank you

Excellent kind,caring and efficient treatment received at Estuary View Minor Injuries today. I went with a wrist injury and and in the course of an hour and a half was assessed, had x-rays and received treatment including a booked follow up appointment in 2 weeks time. All staff were excellent and very professional. We are so fortunate to have this service in Whitstable, it is outstanding.

I recently went away in England and forgot my medication. One phone call to the practice and within less than one hour the medication was available at my away destination!! Excellent service - I was so impressed with how courteous and helpful the staff at the practice were in sorting this! Highly recommended.

Very impressed by the online service I received both in terms of speed of reply and positive outcome. Medication was prescribed and picked up from the pharmacy the following day. A great service. Thank you.
