Saturday staff were extremely rude and made me feel like a complete burden for arriving at 8am. I was there 2 minutes early but did not press the buzzer. Two members of staff were rude and asked me why I was so early! If your opening times state 8am surely this is not the way you speak to members of the public? Won’t go back here again under any circumstance.

I was treated with great care and respect with an excellent outcome. I would not hesitate to use this practice again it was an excellent experience both for the and my wife who recently attended with a fractured wrist

Attended to have a accidental obstruction in my right ear, walked in, booked in within 10mins seen, sorted and walked out within 30mins in total with a medical solution applied successfully and efficiently to resolve my ear obstruction. Just fantastic place, great staff, great results fast and efficiently.

Needing attention to a badly cut forearm, I needed three visits to the MIU. The treatment I received was extremely quick, and the follow up appointments were very punctual. Centre staff were all very personable and efficient,giving a first class impression of the facility. All round excellence.

I arrived at the walk in centre to be told by a lovely receptionist that they were extremely busy, but could fit me inbetween booked in patients. I fully understood and took a seat. I went in to see the nurse who was extremely abrupt and make me feel extremely uncomfortable, she asked me to show her the issue and then went on to patronise me about my problem. I felt like I should have never have gone… although my gut told me something wasn’t right. The next day I still didn’t feel right, I called 111 out of hours who called me back within 10 minutes and asked me to send pictures of my issues. I spoke with a doctor who then told me that I did have an infection and needed antibiotics. I am extremely disappointed by the manner I was spoken to by the nurse at the walk in centre. I will not be returning.

Came to get my foot injury checked out.What a great service,al the staff were lovely reassuring and helpful.Hardly any time waiting either.What a shame every area doesnt have one of these.Thankyou so much

To be honest, I'd rather not have to use the services but a painful encounter with a baked-beans tin meant an afternoon visit was required. I am not brilliant in clinical settings - they make me very nervous. No need for nerves in Rawtenstall. Admin team booked me in with a warmth and ease. Nurse was lovely; sorted out my poorly finger with speed, professionalism and kindness. Hopefully, I will be not be back but if you find yourself passing through the front doors, rest assured - you will be in good hands.

My husband came in yesterday regarding an issue with his eye. He needed to be referred to Burnley Urgent Care and the lady who was treating him rang Burnley and checked that they had the equipment needed to deal with his issue. The whole experience was brilliant and he is now on the mend. Thank you

Myself and a friend attended this unit following an RTA. We both had aches and pains we wanted to be checked out to ensure it was nothing serious and we were also shaken from the experience. While they were super efficient as the unit was empty, we felt there was no empathy and staff made us feel like an inconvenience, and like we were over-reacting to our injuries. Thankfully were were ok but some empathy to our traumatic experience would have gone along way.

very pleased with service.great service staff very polite and helpful did not have to wait long it was on a sunday lunch time when i went for a tetanus injection.
