Review titled Terrible service terrible wait times

Lady at front desk was playing on her phone all the time and swearing. Wait times were 1 hour even with an appointment and the staff were rude about it. After I asked about the wait time that lady just glared at me throughout the whole time I was waiting. Would never recommend this service and that's coming from a former NHS professional.

I was shocked and upset at the treatment I received from this practice. Arrived 8 mins late because my bus was delayed. I explained to the receptionist but was told to reschedule the appointment because the Nurse Practitioner refused to see me even after I said I was in pains.
