Needed appt for my mam, got one the same day, very reassuring, really helped my mam who was extremely worried, she can’t sing their praises enough gave her peace of mind, nothing was a bother to them, thank you for your time & patience

Was listened to and cared for my GP She took time out to listen to my concerns. Was really understanding and gave me sensible advice, and made sure I understood what she was saying.

I'm very on the fence about this practice, sometimes (like today) I had a wonderful woman helping me on the phone and other times it's not a great experience but I do appreciate the struggles that GP receptionists have on a day to day.

I called at a busy time of day and it took about 3 minutes for my call to be answered. The receptionist was friendly and polite. Answered my question very quickly regarding my repeat prescription and put my mind at ease. This really helps when I get anxious on the phone, a friendly voice really does make all the difference. Thank you.

Staff were supportive, caring and advise accordingly regards consultation apiontment and querie. The GP took time to listen to concerns during the consultation and ensured very prompt appropriate care, prescription and follow up tests are in place. An extremely caring practice.

As usual excellent service called into surgery this morning obtained an appointment within 1 hour was seen by nurse practioner and referred for x ray speedy nd professional thank you
