Took me two weeks to get a phone appointment. Doctor was extremely discompassionate and made numerous irresponsible and unprofessional comments. Lacking empathy. Reception staff are doing their best in a bad situation.

I have never had any trouble with the surgery if I ever need an appointment I call up and get one straight away. Staff are lovely

I have always had a good response from all staff regarding my ailments. They have acted quickly and referred me on to relevant consultants when appropriate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the practice to friends and family.

A member of the reception team went above and beyond in helping get a prescription sent to a pharmacy on the day my medication ran out. They were kind and sympathetic to my needs.

Doctor was very sympathetic and informative. She really listened to my concerns and was reassuring, sympathetic and had a lovely kind manner. Very happy and impressed with the practice. Many thanks

The nurse went into detail about the menopause and symptoms and also HRT that I haven’t had the chance to speak to anyone about before. Despite only having a 10 minute appointment I felt she was very informative and helpful in helping me understand.

This was my 1st visit with this doctor and she was lovely, I really felt she listened to me which is very important to me, I left feeling satisfied.

I transferred two years ago after moving to the area , the service has been excellent especially the staff who always help you GP’s get bad press but I have only experienced a good service
