Stuck with this surgery through far too many systematic problems. The GPS are nice enough in person but the errors and rudness of some staff is frequent, unforgivable and dangerous. Significant test results sit unactioned for weeks or longer. Expect to have to be on top of everything yourself or suffer potentially lifethreatning consequences. Availability of appointments is a major issue but it's the dismissal of urgent problems and mishandling of results and failures in communication that strike me as unacceptable. Shameful actually. Time for a well overdue change.
