I phoned at 8:33 & was informed I was number 41 in the list! 2 hours later I hung up!! I couldn't wait any longer. I think I became anxious!

From arriving being short of breath to cancer surgery took only 7 weeks. Chastelton staff were all excellent, keeping me well informed and following up.

Whilst suffering from a medical condition on holiday, in the south of the country, I contacted the surgery for medical assistance (as recommended by the local pharmacist). I discussed with the lovely receptionist my predicament and she gave fabulous advice. The GP reviewed my e consultant and within 45 minutes of my initial consult with the pharmacist I was prescribed antibiotics which were ready collect locally. I could not have asked for a better, more efficient or respectful service. As always this surgery goes above and beyond for their patients. They are so hard working and knowledgeable and I am always grateful to have them at hand.
