All staff, especially my GP, take great care with my complex medical needs. No request is too much, they liaise seamlessly with my various consultants at Newcastle hospital and are always willing to provide the extra services I require. I value my GP and the practice so much that I am making sure my house move means that I remain within their boundary - I know we have great practices around but nothing compares to this practice and I would never want to leave my GP. Every time I have a need they respond with efficiency and accuracy. They listen to feedback and are always willing to adapt their procedures to meet patients needs. My GP will often call me well after hours to make sure my needs are being met.

I checked on my GP for my outstanding prescription and it was marked rejected therefore had not been processed and neither had I been informed of this from 7th Feb when it was marked rejected and I was about to run out of my medication..I.contacted reception and explained, I was immediately put through to prescription team and the problem was sorted straight away resulting in a new prescription being issued that day and I collected my medication next day....thankyou all..

I have an appointment today and this is displayed on the NHS app but not on the - my GP app which states I don’t have an appointment. It would be helpful if it did if I am to continue with this app. Thanks

Dear patient - thanks for the comment, unfortunately as bothy of these apps are provided by third parties we are unable to control the information that is shown on each one. If your appointment shows on the NHS app it should also show on myGP. We are seeing that the NHS app is developing with many new features for patients and may be better to use going forward however it is patient personal choice as to which app you use. A hospital consultant asked the surgery to approve medication they had prescribed onto my repeat medication list. The surgery completed the process in days. I was both pleasantly surprised and very grateful. Thank you

It was great to see the dr who listened and supported us. Also a telephone appointment where the Dr was very helpful and finally a physiotherapist appointment all in 24 hours. Thank you.

Thank you to the lady in the pharmacy who asked if the nurse would be able to take blood from my husband after he was late. And thank you to the nurse who was so kind to see him. You are the best of the nhs.

Following a medical incident in the surgery I would like to thank doctors ,practice nurse and all other surgery staff who cared for my husband. The response was efficient, professional and extremely caring and we felt supported and reassured throughout.A big thank you for all you do in such demanding circumstances.

Requested advice on line on a skin condition at 08.10 in the morning. Got a text at 08.25 saying the GP would be in contact that day. Had a phone consultation with the GP at 08.30. Collected my prescription from Allisons at 4pm. Couldn’t be better than that!
